Tenerife Golf, Sports & Activities

Your guide to Tenerife golf, sports & activities. Insider information from people who live there.

Many people visit Tenerife solely to play golf on its excellent golf courses. It is fast becoming one of the premier golfing destinations to rival those in the Algarve, Florida and Andalucia. It has been given a further boost by the addition of a world-class golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros, in Buenavista, northern Tenerife. The setting and the layout of the golf course is spectacular lying at the foot of the Teno mountain range, a natural protected area with views of the Atlantic Ocean.
